UNDERSTANDING THE REDEMTION PROCESS ON MY ACCOUNT

Each time your points balance meets the 150 point benchmark, points are converted or 'redeemed' as rewards on your membership card.

Scroll to Certificate Transactions at the bottom of the My Account page. For every 'redemtion' you will see a corresponding certificate transaction for $10.

NEED POINTS ADDED FOR PAST TRANSACTIONS?

If you forgot to present your card, you may receive credit by faxing a copy of your receipt to the Parasole Dining Club at 612-822-0705 or scan your receipt and email to diningclub@parasole.com Attn: Amy. Please include your member number with the fax to ensure proper posting.

If you enroll within 10 days of a previous purchase, you may submit a copy of your receipt via fax to 612-822-0705 to be credited for your purchase.

EARNING POINTS

Q: What if I take another Dining Club member to dinner and want to foot the whole bill. Can I elect to have the points divided between me and my dining companion?

A: We’re happy to arrange that for you.

Q: Let’s say I dine with a non-member and we split the bill. Can I earn points on the whole check?

A: Yes, you’re eligible to earn points on the entire purchase – providing the non-member doesn’t choose to sign up for the Club and claim points on his or her portion of the check.

Q: Will I earn points on to-go orders, happy hour dining, or with my mall discount?

A: Yes, yes and yes!

Q: Can I earn Dining Club points for group events at Parasole restaurants?
A: Absolutely! If you’re hosting a private party, work function or even a mini banquet, present your membership card to your server.  Points are issued only to the individual paying the guest check. 

Q: Do I earn points on tax and tip?
A: No. Points are earned on food and beverages only.

REWARDS

Q: What if I send my kid to one of the restaurants. Even though I’m not there, can he or she redeem rewards with my card?

A: Sure!

Q: What happens to the points earning rate at the end of each year?
A: The rate at which you earn points is on an annual spending basis. It will revert back to 1:1 on your enrollment anniversary date.

Q: Do my rewards expire?
A: No, your rewards do not expire. But your point-earning rate will restart each year on your enrollment anniversary date.

VIEW TRANSACTIONS

Your username is the 21 digit card number printed on the front of your card. Your password is the primary member's date of birth (mmdd)

Q: What are the advantages of accessing my account online.
A:  It’s easy and you have 24/7 access.  Here are a few popular features you can enjoy online:

  • Check your account balance anytime, including restaurant visits and dollars needed to reach the next level
  • Manage your Member Profile (update address, add email, etc.)
  • Order a replacement membership card

GIFT CARD PURCHASES AND REDEMPTIONS

Q: Do I earn points for gift card purchases?
A: Yes, with the exception of holiday gift cards.

Q: Do I earn points for Parasole holiday gift card purchases?
A: No. Dining Club points may not be applied to the purchase of holiday gift cards.

Q: Can I earn points when paying with a Parasole gift card?
A: No. However, you do earn points with the purchase of Parasole gift cards.

ACCELLERATORS

Q: What happens to the points earning rate at the end of each year?
A: The rate at which you earn points is on an annual spending basis. It will revert back to 1:1 on your enrollment anniversary date.

LOST OR STOLEN CARDS

Q: Tragedy strikes: I lose my Dining Club card. Before I report it as lost, someone finds it and redeems rewards at one of the restaurants. Can I retain those points?

A: Unfortunately, no. We’re not responsible for a lost or stolen card, so be sure to deactivate your account the moment you discover that the card is no longer in your possession.

PERMANENT CARDS

It may take up to 6 weeks to receive your permanent card by mail. For questions and concerns, please contact Amy Tupper at 612.822.0016 or email diningclub@parasole.com

SECONDARY MEMBERS

Q: Can two members of the same household share one Parasole Dining Club account?
A: Of course! To register a secondary account holder in your household, simply update your profile and we’ll send them their membership card in the mail.
